RIGHTFUL REJECTION OF GOODS BY BUYER--BUYER NOT A MERCHANT
Buyer is not a merchant with respect to the goods that are the subject of this sale and has no expert or special knowledge as to their quality, nature or condition. Buyer shall be considered a nonmerchant on any subsequent rejection of the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
